Hip-hop… the culture, the life, the “swagger of the youth,” “Americas nightmare” was fathered in the Bronx and mothered by the legends from the streets of Queens. Surviving through the crack epidemic and graffiti era it emerged from New York and entered new regions gaining new sounds, colors and a wider range of audience. Hip-hop… It opens eyes and angers while it also brings joy. At worst Hip-hop is depressing, and at best it’s an inspirational soundtrack to life. Many of us, have given hip-hop our pain, time and glory, and today hip-hop is giving back to us through the vision of Ryan perfect.
